We have noticed while performing service requests that the A/Cs in our apartment community are blowing cool air but the heat radiating from the windows seems to be causing a warm environment - especially in the units that face the rising sun. Blackout curtains have seemed to help with the apartments that have rooms that run 7 to 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the apartment. We hope this suggestion helps. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOlder and needs love but the office is nice and it’s cheap. The appliances are very old and the apartment complex is covered in stickers. The pool is always closed.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love my apartment, but it has been almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. The ground maintenance has been bad, and the pool STILL isn’t open. I’m looking forward to this new management making a difference. Our rents may not be the highest in the area, but still a sacrifice. We deserve a good home and environment too.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGood overall, very quiet area which we like. Parking is pretty tight but manageable, wish you could see the lines. But so far overall good experience.
