My front door was really old looking for years,finally I have new painted door.My hubby can finally write that big check at the end of month without complaining.

I left New York hoping I would find a great place to live in but getting to Texas Midland. I found a place like my home. Every thing about polo park is awesome. I can't denied I really enjoyed living here.

The maintenance staff are very good at what they do I’ve never had a maintenance guy take his shoes off before entering my home that’s very respectful and I appreciated that act of respect for my home.

Property upkeep and maintenance was none existent Since Renew has taken over SO much has happened and the staff seem genuinely willing to help. I’m super happy at the moment with the changes and updates that have taken place and can’t wait to see it all finished
