Hopefully the new windows come sooner rather than later as these old single pane windows are pure garbage.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe recently moved in and have found our newly remodeled apartment to be requiring maintenance evidenced by spray paint stains on the floors, loose door knobs, drawers, and faucet handles, and few other poor paint jobs throughout the apartment. Overall, it is cozy and quiet. Location is great and I look forward to our time here.

The team at the leasing office made it go really smooth. The environment is quiet and have friendly neighbours. Generally a nice place and would recommend the apartment to my friends.

I haven't recieved my water bill yet but I have gotten my electric and its decreased almost 50 dollars because of the energy saver equipment that was installed.
