Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMove-in was easy, paperwork was quickly done with the help of the awesome staff. The grounds around the apartment are being worked on daily for updates, and the pool has been completed and is awesome. So far, I am enjoying the place.

Ive been living in these apartments for 2 years now and have decided not to renew my lease due to coronavirus changing my income but if I had the option I would stay. The maintenance team is one of the biggest reasons why I love this place. They are very friendly and always take care of work orders within one day for non emergency and within a few hrs for emergency. There is still much more work to be done since these apartments are pretty old but renew is doing an amazing job at getting rid of the old and bringing in lots of new features.
