Any issues that have arisen were addressed in timely manners. All updates to apartments have been worked out to not be disturbing to residents and any inside work was pre-informed.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe experience has been great. I really wish prices was not an issue. I moved in a 3 bedroom for only a 1000 and was paying 1450 at Polo for 2br. I recently moved to a new apartment but am still paying on Polo because I did not want to break my least. Though my new apartment is cheaper and nicer, the maintenance is extremely poor. Apon moving in I've had many issues and still cant get any work orders complete I've put in 5 TIMES. Polo park is much different. Any work order I've put in has been taken care of within 1 to 2 days. I will truly miss your maintenance team. They all should get a raise for their excellent and fast service. No other apartment I've lived in for 14 years has given this type of service.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe are new to the complex but so far the front office has been extremely helpful and accomodating to last minute changes. We are happy with the updates to the apartment, new carpet, paint, and flooring throughout. Even though it's an older complex the renovations make it feel new.
